Add Eggs And Almond Extract And Beat Until Well Mixed. Sift Together Flour, Baking Powder, And Baking Soda. Add Flour Mixture Gradually To Form A Dough. Chill At Least 30 Minutes. 3-cm Thick On A Lightly Floured Surface. Cut With Cookie Cutter. Place On Lightly Greased Baking Sheet. Bake About 8-10 Minutes At 350°f / 180°c Or Until Just Starting To Turn Golden In Color-do Not Overbake Cookies.
