Olive (all forms)

Native to the coastal areas of the Mediterranean, olives are fruit from a tree. Olives are consumed fresh, marinated, cooked or may be pressed into oil. Though small, olives are packed with vitamins A, E and K as well as lutein, calcium, iron and zinc.
