Native to Southeast Asia, pomelo is a citrus fruit closely related to the grapefruit. Pomelo helps prevent urinary tract infections, the common head cold and osteoporosis while promoting healthy teeth and fast healing wounds. They contain high levels of vitamin C, potassium and folic acid.
